Experience & Education
Alisha Kosareff, Esq., brings over a decade of experience as a real estate and corporate lawyer, holding a law degree from the UCLA School of Law. As the former general counsel of an investment firm serving accredited investors—and with in-house roles at multiple real estate companies—she brings a comprehensive understanding of legal oversight, process development, and risk mitigation across all facets of a business.
She has managed the acquisition, disposition, and investment offerings of multi-million dollar commercial properties nationwide, overseeing projects from start to finish on behalf of her clients. Her experience also includes forming investment funds and negotiating leases with some of the largest national tenants.
Alisha’s expertise spans a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including office, retail, industrial, medical, and multifamily assets, as well as contract review and guidance for a wide variety of business needs.
