Alisha Kosareff

With over a decade of experience in real estate and corporate transactions, Alisha provides legal counsel on matters pertaining to real estate and business operations, including the ability to mitigate risk through skillful drafting, negotiation of agreements, and successfully seeing deals through from contract to closing. Previously serving as general counsel for a real estate and cash investment firm specializing in DST and 1031 investments, Alisha led the legal team to the successful acquisition of over 100 individual properties, valued at over $525 million and encompassing over 2.5 million square feet of multifamily housing, single tenant net lease, industrial, self-storage, shopping centers, and medical properties nationwide. Alisha graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, and received her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
