Experience & Education
Alisha Kosareff, Esq., has over a decade of experience as a real estate and corporate lawyer, holding a law degree from the UCLA School of Law. As the former general counsel of an investment company, and having worked in-house for multiple real estate companies, she has handled the purchase and sale of over 100 commercial properties across the country, managing the projects from start to finish on behalf of the client. She has also negotiated numerous leases with some of the largest national tenants. Her expertise extends to a wide array of agreements and negotiations for commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, medical, and multifamily, as well as providing contract review and advice for a variety of business needs.
